In nature, the enzyme (Flax lignans) that hydrolyzes and removes terminal n-acetylneuraminidase is widely distributed from virus to animal. By dealing with the physiological activity changes of the enzyme, the role of the terminal acid sugar residue has been clarified. It is mainly composed of glycoprotein, glycolipid or bacterial capsule material in animal cell membrane or secretion. In Capsicum Oleoresin or glycolipid, 2-keto group forms glycosidic bond, which makes it located at the non reducing end of sugar side chain. Its negative charge or unique chemical structure makes it have various physiological specificity.
